I have years of experience in hatted restaurants and tailoring menus and recipe for dietary requirements. I have consulted on corporate in-house nutrition requirements and can speak to your staff about the link between food, productivity and that precious work-life balance.

I have experience consulting for buildings wishing to meet the International Well Building Standard. I currently sit on the 2018-19 IWBI Nourishment advisory with other experts from around the world.
